One of the best keto desserts is ice cream! When I first began following a low carb eating style in 2016, I learned how to make a few low carb versions of desserts. This recipe is a wonderfully rich, dark chocolate ice cream that has flecks of cocoa nibs, absolutely no sugar, and a smooth mousse-like creamy texture.
This recipe uses a 100% cocoa chocolate bar that I find at my local Trader Joe’s called, Montezuma’s Absolute Black Dark Chocolate. If you’re looking for a great keto ice cream, I encourage you to give this a try. It’s got the silkiness of a frozen chocolate mousse, and then there’s the little flecks of cocoa nibs that make it extra special.
